The kathson Rabbit Wooden Castle Guinea Pig Hideout is a cute and aesthetically pleasing addition to any small animal habitat. It is reported as easy to install with a picture installation guide. The space inside is sufficient for small animals like guinea pigs, and they enjoy climbing around on the ladder and sleeping in it. However, some customers had issues with it falling apart easily, especially if the small animal pees on it, making the cleaning process difficult. The notches for assembly are tight, making it hard to put together without instructions. The dry unsealed wood is not durable, with lots of edges to chew, so it is easily destroyed. Overall it is quite difficult to put together for what is provided, and some customers feel it is overpriced for the effort, but it is sturdy and has a nice design.
