  • soru: Are these cans free from BPA?

    Cevap: Hi there, they will use acrylic, polyester, PVC from vinyl, oleoresins and other chemicals that are mixed with them.
  • soru: Where are the chickpeas grown?

    Cevap: The origin should be on the tin cover.
  • soru: Do the organic chickpeas contain Glyphosate?

    Cevap: Just looked up ingredients on tin, just two organic peas 60% and water. I don't know what's in the water. I wash the peas under the tap until they are clean. I don't like the gloop that's left in the sink much, that's why I wash clean all beans.
  • soru: What is the use by date?

    Cevap: 31/12/2022.
  • soru: Are these cans BPS free?

    Cevap: It only says BPA free....and yes, BPS is worse than BPA!
  • soru: What is the expiry on the current batch?

    Cevap: 2022 is the expiry year. The exact month depends on the batch.
  • soru: Why is it 60 percent product and 40 percent water?

    Cevap: This is a question for the producer. I only enjoy the product.
  • soru: Are these tested to be free of glyphosate?

    Cevap: I assume that as they are organic, no nasties are added.
  • soru: Can the chickpeas be eaten straight from the can?

    Cevap: I bought the canned black beans which could be eaten from the can, so no reason to believe you couldn't do likewise with the chickpeas.
