The build quality of the module and battery is decent, however, there are some concerns regarding the RTC chips used. The clock should be 32768Hz, but it is reported to be closer to 32622Hz, which equates to a deviation of around -4000ppm or more than 300 seconds per month. Despite this drawback, the module is reported to be easy to install and runs accurately. It can be directly plugged into the Raspberry Pi and activated through the config.txt file.
