This product is a pack of push button switches with built-in LEDs. The lamps have resistors inside, and the LEDs do not activate based off the switch. The buttons are momentary, not locking. The height of the button is 1 5/8", and the terminals are 5/16" tall. The LED requires 12V to function, and the spade connectors are 2.8mm. One customer used them for a university project, but they had to modify the switches for 5V operation. The person was able to pop off the button tops and disassemble the LED module to bypass the voltage dropping resistor before including the proper resistors on the circuit board. Several customers experienced issues where the buttons would not function properly, and some were stuck normally closed. One customer had to open the switch to replace the resistor and mentioned that the Construction was very nice with good tactility. The product has good satisfaction overall, with some customers using them in arcade cabinets or DIY toys, while others had issues with clamping force and collar stripping. The orange indicators were dimmer than one customer would have preferred.
