The Door Louver Vent 20” x 12” is a two-sided door air vent grille made of aluminum, designed to provide ventilation to interior doors. However, several customers had a less than satisfactory experience with this product. Many were disappointed that it did not come with any installation instructions or screws to hold it together on each side of the door. As a result, customers had to use nail glue or liquid nails and drill holes into the frames for security purposes. One customer even experienced scratches, bent corners, and a notch on one side, and the product was not the color advertised. Furthermore, customers were not happy about the quality of the material, which they felt was poor. Although some customers were pleased that the grill arrived before the projected delivery date, they were still frustrated by the product description and pictures, which did not accurately reflect the raw aluminum product they received. Overall, the Door Louver Vent 20” x 12” received negative feedback from customers, who felt that the product was not worth the money due to the poor quality material and absence of installation instructions and screws.
