It is smudge-free, easy to remove, and fragrance-free, making it ideal for those with sensitive eyes. Although it claims to be organic, customers have raised questions about its authenticity due to its inclusion of phenoxethanol. It is supposed to be waterproof, making it suitable for wearing on long days. Some customers, however, found the formula greasy and gloppy, and found it difficult to apply due to the brush. Others experienced clumping and flaking after wearing it for a few hours.
