Cevap: I am not sure what the center is but it is more like a waterproof flannel. It is soft, washes well and is waterproof. -

These say 100% cotton. cotton is not waterproof on its own. what makes these waterproof???
Cevap: They are not 100% waterproof without some sort of plastic sheeting between the flannel. I have raised 4 children with the flannel pads in cribs and beds. They work. Somehow the manufacturer protects with some sort of process. Try them. Even great for older adults. -
