It comes with a black carrying strap for easy transportation to and from yoga classes. While there may be a slight smell at first, it is harmless and will fade with time and regular cleaning. The mat has a great grip on both sides, making it ideal for yoga and enhancing balance. It does not stretch when transitioning into different positions but can be a little slick. Reviews of the mat are generally positive, with customers highlighting the comfortable thickness and good quality of the mat, as well as the included carrying strap. Some customers found the mat a little narrow and a few felt that it was not worth the price.
