The JoyTube 5 Packs Check Valve is a product to prevent backflow and is made of durable PVDF plastic. Some customers have reported that they work well with their airless spray gun and HVLP paint guns. However, one customer had to reorder a smaller size for their tubing. Despite the firm pressure required to open, the product seals well and prevents backflow. It can be used for flammable gases and as a flashback preventer as well. These valves are recommended for vacuum applications but not for chemicals. A customer used them to prevent vents from changing on acceleration and another used the product to prevent backflow on a Yamaha boat oil injection system.
