They come with a cloth bag to keep them in, which can also be placed in the freezer to keep the stones chilled. While these stones might not keep your drinks as cold as traditional ice, they do keep them cooler for longer periods than expected. They are also made of food-grade stainless steel, so there's no danger of the metal altering the taste of your drink. While they work great for some customers and make for a nice gift, other customers have described some size and weight issues as well as breakage of their favorite whiskey glasses due to the large size and weight of the stones.
