The C16-08568 20 inch 20lb Per Gas Strut Shock Lift Support Replacement for RV Door Motorhome Door Compartment Door Cargo Door and other DIY Applications is received positively for its ability to support heavy beds, truck bed covers, and vehicle hoods. The ends on the strut easily unscrew and all other important measurements including internal and external diameters are provided to ensure a proper fit. Though there were a couple of reviews indicating a loss in power lift after a few months, a dead on arrival cylinder, and an incomplete replacement part, most reviewers were satisfied with their purchase and would buy these again when they need to be replaced.
