This product is a set of 20 metal zipper pulls designed to replace broken or hard-to-grip pulls on a variety of items, such as suitcases, jackets, backpacks, and pants. The pulls are advertised as being sturdy and easy to grip. Unfortunately, many customers have reported having issues with the quality of the product. Several customers received pulls that were broken right out of the package, with springs popping out or hinges that wouldn't stay closed. Others commented that the pulls were flimsy and easily bent or twisted. One customer even reported that they were unable to find any zippers that the pulls would fit onto properly. Overall, while some customers have had success with this product, there appear to be too many quality control issues to recommend it as a reliable solution for replacement zipper pulls.
