What if HDD is not recognized by the Computer?
Cevap: New or old HDD may not be initialized or formatted (if there is data on the hard drive, please backup it in advance). Also check if there is unallocated space on the hard drive. -

It supports 3.5 inch SATA I/II/III /HDD SSD up to 12 TB hard drives and is compatible with Windows 2000/XP/ VISTA/ Windows 7/ 8 /10/ Linux/ Mac 9.0 or above, PS4, PS4 Pro, Xbox 360, and Xbox one. It is easy to set up without any issues. However, some customers have encountered issues with hibernation mode, particularly when connecting the device to a router. When acting as a Plex Media Server and connected to a router, the enclosure enters hibernation but won't come out, resulting in the media server not working. Many reviewers appreciate the sleek metal casing, but some note that the inside is plastic. Additionally, there are some conflicts in the product descriptions, leading to some confusion among buyers.
