The tea kettle has a beautiful design and a sturdy handle which is partly made of steel. The spout open/close mechanism is robust and could last longer. The kettle comes with a black silicone item to hold the handle so that you can safely pour your drink without getting burnt. However, the steel part of the handle gets hot quickly, which might surprise you if you accidentally touch it. The handle would also leave out a layer, but that would only be a minor cosmetic issue. The spout is not very convenient and might cause problems in pouring. The lid to the spout is also awkward, making it difficult to pour into cups. Overall, the tea kettle has a beautiful design, but the handle design needs improvement to prevent scalding of the hand, making it difficult to recommend.
