The product is generally well designed, however, the slide to open and close the diffuser is a little stiff. Customers who purchased the diffuser have reported that it works very well, is of high quality, and is easy to install. Furthermore, customers claim that the diffuser has helped in regulating and dropping temperature by almost 4 degrees at times, making them extremely pleased with its performance. Though one reviewer had an issue with the stock as the product went out of stock and could not find a better quality option elsewhere.
