Bonne Maman Rhubarb Preserves are delightful and have a great rhubarb flavor with a perfect blend of just enough sweet added to complement the Rhubarb, making it not too sweet and spreads easily. The jam has a great, tart rhubarb flavor and the lemon juice brightens the flavor. It is utterly delicious and evens the flavors out. It is hard to find rhubarb preserves that are not mixed with strawberries and where you can taste the rhubarb. However, there were multiple complaints about the packaging and jars being opened or broken, causing the product to spill all over.
