The Jaybird hugs and kisses mug heat press has received mixed feedback from customers. While some found the product easy to use and successful in pressing their designs on mugs, others faced difficulties in setting the time and temperature, and complained that the product did not get hot enough. Some customers also received scratched and loose products, and were missing parts. One customer even faced a dangerous situation when the unit caught on fire during their first use.
