It is a dual band 2.4G/5G 802.11ac and supports Windows 10/8/8.1/7/Vista/XP and Mac 10.9-10.15. Customers can download the driver from a link provided if they do not have a CD drive. The device allows non-WiFi computers to connect to WiFi networks and provides a fast and reliable connection. However, it cannot be used as a booster for WiFi-enabled computers. It is also not compatible with Chrome or mobile networks. Customer reviews for the product are mixed. While some customers found it easy to install and had no issues with connectivity, others experienced difficulty connecting to 5Ghz networks or found that the product did not work at all.
