- PROFESSIONAL BIOCIDE CLEANER - BAC 50 Powerwash is a 50% benzalkonium chloride professional-use surface biocide for exterior hard surfaces including patios, roofs, render, cladding and driveways.
- TREATS ALGAE, MOULD & LICHEN - Designed to tackle biological growth and organic contamination on outdoor surfaces. When applied correctly, treated areas can weather naturally and continue to self-clean over time.
- FOR ROOFS, PATIOS & HARD SURFACES - Suitable for roof slates, tiles, render, cladding, patios, driveways and similar exterior hard surfaces affected by algae, mould and lichen growth.
- EASY TO DILUTE & APPLY - Dilute with clean water before use. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:20 for render and roofs, and 1:30 for ground surfaces. Apply by low-pressure sprayer or soft brush at around 1 litre of diluted product per 4m².
- FOR PROFESSIONAL OPERATORS ONLY - Read all precautions before use. Use in line with Control of Pesticides Regulations and COSHH requirements. Do not contaminate food surfaces or waterways, do not mix with other chemicals, and ensure suitable training, competence and PPE are in place. HSE No: 11166-002-GB.
