The sealed chamber design does not use ports or vents. Instead, the trapped air inside the enclosure provides resistance to cone movement, which helps maintain stable output characteristics across different listening levels. This approach removes tuning requirements that are typically associated with vented enclosures and keeps the internal behavior predictable once installed. Construction uses 5/8 inch MDF fiberboard, selected for its density and structural stability in automotive audio applications. The material helps reduce enclosure flex under load, which can influence how low frequency energy is transferred inside a vehicle. The exterior surface is covered in carpet to protect the cabinet during handling and to allow it to integrate into common trunk or cargo area environments without additional finishing. Internal wiring is routed to a single external terminal cup. Both drivers are connected internally, so only one amplifier connection is required. This simplifies integration with mono block amplifiers or systems designed for stable operation at that impedance level. The enclosure follows standard cutout and mounting dimensions used in aftermarket car audio, making it compatible with a wide range of subwoofer models as long as their physical depth and basket size match the available space. Verification of mounting depth is still required prior to installation. The rectangular cabinet design allows flexible positioning in vehicle trunks or cargo areas, including flush placement against interior surfaces. The layout keeps installation straightforward by defining enclosure volume, wiring configuration, and driver arrangement in advance.
