This compact size and light weight make it incredibly versatile, ideal for handheld use, gimbal setups, sliders, and even drone filming. This lens is specifically designed for Super35 (APS-C) and Micro Four Thirds sensors, but its larger than S35 coverage allows it to be used on Full Frame cameras like the Sony A7siii 4K 16:9 with only mild vignetting. The silver flare version of this lens offers a unique flare color based on the light source, adding an artistic touch to your footage.The Laowa Nanomorph lens provides a cinematic widescreen perspective, a feature often seen in big-budget Hollywood productions. With a 1.5x squeeze, you will achieve a 2.66:1 aspect ratio on a 16:9 sensor after de-squeeze. This gives a more pronounced anamorphic and cinematic look compared to a 1.33x anamorphic lens.
