- 5 - Each Wood Paint Mixing Sticks UB has a 2 to 1 Mixing Ratio, 2 parts UB Paint Color to 1 part Urethane Reducer. UB Basecoat color requires a 2 to 1 mix ratio with the included slow drying (85¡ F and above) urethane reducer before spraying. Restoration Shop High-Gloss Urethane Clear (RSP RC4221) has a 4 to 1 Mix Ratio, 4 parts Urethane Clearcoat to 1 part Urethane Hardener A 2.1 VOC conventional solid polyurethane clearcoat. A two-component (2K) polyurethane clearcoat formulated to offer ease of application, great flow and leveling, excellent durability and high-gloss. This high quality clearcoat is the prefered high production topcoat that professional's use in today's high-end auto body shops. Optional Reducers Available Separately UR Series Urethane Reducers: UR60 Fast Reducer 60-70¡ F; UR70 Medium Reducer 70-85¡ F; UR85 Slow Reducer 85¡ F and above NOTE: Kit Not Available for Purchase in California or the Other States with VOC limites below 3.5 VOC. If your shipping address is a California address, you cannot purchase this item, and your order will be canceled, no exceptions. Restoration Shop's (UBLV) is a Low 3.5 VOC compliant basecoat/clearcoat paint system that is available for purchase in 3.5 VOC limit States.
