It far exceeds the most stringent car manufacturer requirements for cleanliness and protection (based on ILSAC GF-7) and offers outstanding performance in extreme temperatures and better fuel economy (based on the latest industry standard). Platinum Ultra Platinum 0W-20 provides the same engine protection as a 5W-20 and is suitable for use in vehicles currently using SAE 5W-20. (*Based on Sequence IVA wear test; Sequence IIIH oxidation and deposit test; and the Sequence VH sludge test. **Limited Lubrication Warranty with lifetime engine protection and 20,000 miles oil drain interval protection if you (1) switch to and exclusively use Pennzoil Ultra Platinum™ Full Synthetic motor oil; and (2) follow all oil change recommendations in your owner’s manual to avoid conflict with your vehicle warranty.
